Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of a Kidney Daily account without reinstalling the app. Local records and Google Play subscriptions are managed separately.

1. Send a deletion request
Email support@kidneydaily.com with the subject “Kidney Daily account deletion.” Send it from the email address used for your account, or include that address so we can verify ownership. Say whether you want to delete the whole account or a particular category of account-backed data.
Do not send health records, passwords, sign-in codes, or payment-card information. We may request limited additional information to verify that you own the account. We aim to process a verified request within 30 days and will explain if more time or limited retention is required.
If you have only used local tracking without signing in, you may have no app account to delete. Follow the local-data steps below.
2. What account deletion covers
We delete the Supabase authentication account and user-linked profile, membership mirror, AI consent, usage or quota, grant or device, and reviewed correction records controlled by Kidney Daily. Shared nutrition-cache information that is not linked to an account is not deleted with one account.
Some records may remain where necessary for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute, or support purposes. Service providers may have their own retention obligations. We can explain retained categories and help with requests concerning provider-held data. Deleting an account does not undo previous AI processing or remove a copy you shared.
3. Remove records on your phone
Delete individual records in Kidney Daily, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. These actions can permanently remove your local diary. Save a backup first if you need a copy.
Separately delete Doctor Export PDFs, record copies, and .kdbak backups from the locations where you saved them. Kidney Daily cannot remove files from another person’s device or a service you chose to share with.
4. Cancel a subscription separately
Deleting an account, clearing app storage, or uninstalling does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Kidney Daily, and follow the cancellation steps.
Cancellation affects future billing under the store’s terms. Refund requests and purchase records are handled through Google Play and applicable law.
5. Other privacy requests
For access, correction, a copy of your account information, or deletion of only some account-backed data, email support@kidneydaily.com. We will explain if a request affects an available feature or requires account closure.
This website currently has no public reader accounts or newsletter signup. If your request concerns a former website publishing account, identify it as a website account so we can handle it separately from the Android app.
